Zoning Commission

The Board is comprised of five members and one alternate appointed by the Board of Township Trustees. Each Member is appointed for a five year term. Each term is staggered to have one term ending each calendar year. Members may be reappointed by the Board of Township Trustees. The Commission prepares the Zoning Resolution, takes action on rezoning requests, and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees. The Zoning Commission may also initiate rezoning, or changes in the text of the Zoning Resolution, to promote the best interests of the public.

The Zoning Commission  meets the third Wednesday of each month as needed at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, located at the triangle of State Routes 303, 88 and 700.
