Zoning Appeals Board

The Ohio Revised Code requires that the trustees establish a Zoning Board of Appeals, which also consists of five members, plus an alternate. It is empowered to hear variance requests from specific zoning standards, to hear requests for conditional uses, to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Zoning Inspector in the enforcement of the Zoning Resolution, and to hear requests for changes in non-conforming uses.

The Zoning Appeals Board meets the third Tuesday of each month as needed at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, located at the triangle of State Routes 303, 88 and 700.
